SMS Terms of Service
These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by LeakRelay, a lead response service operated by PE Artem Trofymenko ("we", "us"), on behalf of participating businesses in the United States.
1. Program description
LeakRelay sends conversational SMS messages in direct response to inquiries that consumers initiate with participating businesses, such as water damage restoration companies. Messages confirm receipt of an inquiry, gather details about the request (for example, the type and urgency of property damage), and coordinate a callback from the business.
2. Consent and opt-in
You receive messages from us only after you initiate contact with a participating business by one of the following actions:
- placing a phone call to the business's published phone number; or
- submitting a contact or quote request form on the business's website that includes your phone number and consent language.
By taking one of these actions, you agree to receive SMS messages from the business or its lead response service related to your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We never send messages to purchased, rented, or scraped lists, and we do not send unsolicited marketing messages.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your conversation. A typical inquiry involves 2 to 6 messages.
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge you for messages.
5. Opting out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After we receive your STOP message, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further messages from that number. If you wish to resume messages, reply START.
6. Help
Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at leakrelay@gmail.com.
7. Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary.
