This Privacy Policy describes how LeakRelay, a service operated by PE Artem Trofymenko (sole proprietor registered in Ukraine, "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with our lead response service and this website.

- When you contact a participating business. If you call a business that uses LeakRelay or submit a contact form on their website, we receive the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your inquiry (for example, a description of property damage).
- When you contact us directly. If you email us about our services, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
- Technical data. Our website host may collect standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability purposes.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries you initiate, on behalf of the participating business you contacted.
- To pass your inquiry details to the participating business so they can follow up with you.
- To operate, secure, and improve our service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS messaging and consent
We send SMS messages only in direct response to an inquiry you initiated, such as a phone call you placed to a participating business or a web form you submitted. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages, and we do not use purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

4. How we share information
We share information only as follows:
- With the participating business you contacted, so they can respond to your inquiry. This is the core purpose of our service.
- With service providers that help us operate, such as telecommunications and hosting providers (for example, our SMS delivery provider), bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
- When required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. Data retention
We retain inquiry and conversation records for as long as needed to provide the service to the participating business and to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which records are deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at leakrelay@gmail.com. If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants you additional privacy rights, we will honor those rights as required by applicable law.
7. Children
Our service is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
